Let me introduce you to my latest obsession: Jason Naturals Biotin Conditioner. It’s hard to find an affordable hair product that doesn’t have harmful ingredients like sodium lauryl sulfate, which can strip your hair of natural oils and cause excessive shedding – and this product does just the trick!

Jason Naturals is an organic personal care company whose products are all SLS, paraben and phthalates free. They offer five different sets of shampoos and conditioners in their hair care line and use organic like aloe vera, apricot, and tree tea oil to promote your overall hair health.

Their Biotin conditioner i alsos made for fine hair that’s prone to breakage and dryness.

Biotin is essentially complex vitamin B (the same kind of vitamin you can find in egg yolks, fish, and nuts). But if you have a poor diet, you might not be getting enough of biotin, leading to brittleness and reduced shine.

Like the product claims, it never weighs hair down despite being so thick and creamy. While it smells strongly of herbs the scent is neither offensive nor long lasting. My hair definitely looks more healthy and hydrated after I use this!

Personally, I love how the bottle is bio-degradable but to be honest, the packaging could be a lot better. The bottle is bulky and after you remove the cap it’s hard to control how much product comes out of the bottle so I always find myself using too much product. Hopefully Jason Naturals will come out with a squeezable bottle version in the future.
