We are our own harshest critic; we all have an inaccurate perception of the way we look and what we see in the mirror isn’t necessarily the same as what others see (women are known to critique the smallest physical imperfections).

Dove’s new “Real Beauty Sketches” campaign takes this concept and tries to correct it, showing women that you truly are “more beautiful than you think.”

In the new Dove ad, an FBI-trained forensic sketch artist, Gil Zamora, first draws a woman as she describes herself, and then draws her as a total stranger describes her. The difference in results couldn’t be more dramatic. Check out the video below and let us know what you think!
